What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the decoration method: DTF transfer and sublimation from 20 pieces, screen printing and embroidery from 50, and puff, rubber and reflective printing from 100. Mixed sizes count toward the total — ask us about mixing colors.

How long does production take?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–3 weeks of artwork approval. Tell us your in-hand date and we will confirm the timeline before you commit.

Will I see a proof before production?

Yes. We send a digital proof showing placement, size and colors, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.

What artwork files should I send?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the best results. High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI at print size) work for DTF and sublimation. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send it anyway and we will advise.
