Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the best results. High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI at print size) work for DTF and sublimation. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send it anyway and we will advise.

It depends on your artwork, fabric and quantity. Screen printing suits bold artwork in larger runs, embroidery gives a premium finish on polos and caps, and DTF handles full-color detail. We recommend the best option with every quote.

Yes. Our team can clean up an existing logo, convert it for embroidery, or help lay out text and graphics. Try our online Designer to experiment with placement and colors first.

Typical limits are about 12 × 14 in for a full front or back print, 3.5–4 in wide for a left-chest logo, and up to about 4 in wide for embroidery.

Each product page has a chest-width chart in inches, measured flat from armpit to armpit. Oversized styles are cut about 2 in wider. If in doubt, order a sample.
