Our standards

Four standards on every order

    Quality blanks

    Garments come from suppliers with published fabric weights and consistent color lots.

  2. 2

    Made to the approved proof

    Decoration follows your approved proof for placement, size and color — nothing is produced before you approve it.

  3. 3

    Durable decoration

    Prints are properly cured and embroidery is digitized for the fabric, so your branding lasts wash after wash.

  4. 4

    Count & size packing

    Quantities are packed sorted by size to match your order sheet.

Shipping

  • We ship to businesses and organizations across the contiguous United States, with Alaska and Hawaii on request.
  • Orders ship by tracked ground service; expedited shipping is available for tight deadlines.
  • Need deliveries to several locations? We can split one order across multiple addresses.
  • You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves production.

Returns & reprints

  • Custom-decorated apparel is made to order, so it can't be returned for change of mind.
  • If any piece doesn't match your approved proof or has a production defect, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll reprint or refund the affected items.
  • Ordering sizes for a big group? Ask about blank samples first to check fit.

  • Wash cold, inside out

    Protects prints and keeps colors bright.

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

    Reduces shrinkage and stress on prints.

  • Don't iron over prints

    Iron inside out on low heat if needed.

  • Skip bleach & fabric softener

    They can break down inks and fibers.
